Little League State Tournament formats have been changing over the past few years.

Below are all teams that have won a Little League Softball Sectional or SubState.

Teams that go directly to state, depending on the number of teams at the state tournament must place in either the top two, if there's 6 or less, or top 4, if there's 8 or more to receive a sign.
